Method:

1. This dish requires a lot of components so it's important to lay them out from the start; PVC banners, knitted polyester flags, information signs, loads of polyethylene fence branding and miles of traffic-free capital city. 

2. Take the striking branding and vivid blue colouring and apply liberally to all surfaces

3. Ensure that different substrates take the distinctive colour in the same way so that the branding is coherent and uniform

4. Unveil the dish to guests and watch the whole community come together to enjoy it.
