Here we go!
It’s been a big week for the events and hospitality sector, following the Government’s announcement on Monday. We’re already seeing the momentum pick up in anticipation of those target dates and it’s great to see some real optimism return to the industry.
Key dates to remember:
March 29th: Outdoor sports facilities open, organised sport allowed
April 12th: Outdoor hospitality and indoor leisure open
May 17th: Indoor hospitality and hotels open
June 21st: All legal limits on social contact removed, all sectors open
With nearly 20M people in the UK having received their first dose of the vaccine, and all adults being on track to have been offered their first jab by the end of July, the end of the tunnel is looking closer than ever!
Of course, we’re not quite out of the woods yet, but it’s certainly shaping up to be the summer we frankly all need.
Keep safe for these final weeks and of course, do get in touch if you would like to talk over your upcoming projects!
All the best from the Sunbaba team.
