Oasis Live ’25 Tour Merchandise Branding

Music tour merchandise has become an increasingly important component of the touring business model. 

We were delighted to partner with Warner Music Experience to help deliver premium quality official merchandise show stands for the highly anticipated Oasis Live ’25 Tour. The tour marked the long-awaited return of Oasis to the stage, generating enormous demand from fans eager to celebrate the band’s legacy and secure official tour merchandise.

With multiple arena and stadium dates scheduled in Cardiff, Manchester, London and Edinburgh, the branding would be seen by tens of thousands of fans each night. It was therefore essential that every element looked exceptional and delivered maximum visual impact, while logistics were carefully coordinated to ensure smooth and reliable deliveries across the UK.

For the merchandise stands, Warner Music Experience selected Decor 205 for the large product backdrops. This popular, lightweight polyester material produces a vibrant finish when printed with eco-friendly inks, and has become a go-to solution for high-impact merchandise displays at live music events.

High-resolution graphics printed onto the fabric allowed full product ranges to be showcased without the need for individual items to be pinned up at each venue. This approach enables faster builds, consistent presentation across every stop of the tour, and a clean, high-end retail environment for fans.

Alongside the merchandise stand graphics, Sunbaba also produced a large volume of Heras fence covers and crowd control barrier (CCB) branding. These highly visible elements play a key role in shaping the fan experience on arrival, transforming functional infrastructure into bold, cohesive tour branding while guiding audience flow around busy venue environments. High-quality print and durable finishing ensured the graphics remained vibrant and consistent throughout the tour.

The panels were produced with both eyelets and Velcro along the rear edges, providing flexibility for installation across a range of merchandise stand configurations and venue environments throughout the tour.
