Custom Scaffold Wraps for Brand Activation
Sunbaba recently supplied custom-printed Vestaweave panels for a bold brand activation featuring a live DJ and performers.
The aim: create a clean, fully branded finish around a temporary scaffold structure, delivered on a tight schedule, installed with minimal fuss, and designed to make a statement.
The Setup: Flexible Framework, Clean Finish
The structure was built using the Layher scaffold system, which we adapted using a timber framework secured with wooden blocks. This pushed the surface forward from the Layher rosettes, creating a smooth face for branding. We printed our Vestaweave mesh – a lightweight, durable and wind-permeable polyester ideal for outdoor wraps—with 150mm bleed on all sides. This allowed us to wrap the panels around the timber frame, fixing them neatly in place using heavy-duty staples. To complete the look, we produced custom Foamex panels featuring the core branding elements. These reinforced the corners and gave the whole build a sharp, professional finish.The Advantage: Smart, Adaptable Installation
Scaffold structures, even in indoor settings, often differ slightly from spec once fully built. Our wrap-around method provided vital flexibility to deal with these discrepancies without compromising on fit or finish.
